Hyderabad-based Zithara.AI, an artificial intelligence-driven retail intelligence platform, has announced its market entry into Australia, bringing on Ernesto Buono Fine Jewellery, a prestigious Sydney luxury jewellery house, as its inaugural customer in the region.

The expansion introduces Zithara.AI's comprehensive AI technology stack designed for consumer-focused retailers in Australia. The unified platform integrates customer relationship management, customer data capabilities, marketing automation, conversational artificial intelligence, omnichannel communication tools and online reputation management features into a single solution purpose-built for retail environments.

The company has also rolled out proprietary integrations with Meta and Google platforms that enable retailers to track customer journeys from digital touchpoints to physical store visits. This closed-loop attribution capability allows retailers to link social media interactions, advertising expenditure and online engagement directly to store visits, conversations and transactions—providing clear visibility into return on ad spend and business impact.

Unlike traditional CRM systems designed for business-to-business applications, Zithara.AI focuses specifically on consumer retail operations spanning physical locations, e-commerce sites, WhatsApp messaging and social platforms, centralising customer data into a unified 360-degree view.

Ernesto Buono Fine Jewellery, established by master jeweller Ernesto Buono, specialises in custom engagement rings, wedding bands and handcrafted fine jewellery. The brand was recently recognised among Luxury Lifestyle Awards' TOP 100 Jewelry & Watch Brands for 2025. Through the partnership, the jewellery house will consolidate customer interactions across in-store consultations, WhatsApp communications, Instagram and Facebook engagement, Google reviews and digital campaigns into a single intelligence platform. The deployment aims to streamline customer data management, automate personalised engagement, enhance retention rates and encourage repeat business while preserving the personalised service central to the luxury brand experience.

Varun Kashyap, founder of Zithara.AI, stated: "We are excited to enter the Australian market with Ernesto Buono Fine Jewellery as our first customer in the region. Luxury retail is built on relationships and personalised experiences, and our platform is designed to help brands unify every customer touchpoint into one intelligent ecosystem. From WhatsApp inquiries and social engagement to in store purchases, retailers can now build stronger and more measurable customer relationships powered by AI."

Sridevi Reddy, co-founder of Zithara.AI, remarked: "Australia has always been a strategic market for us as retailers increasingly look for data driven engagement and measurable marketing outcomes. Through this expansion, we aim to help consumer brands bridge the gap between online engagement and offline retail experiences while improving customer retention, repeat purchases and overall customer lifetime value."

The platform's architecture centres on an AI-native design incorporating a proprietary AI Agentic Framework using the Model Context Protocol Server—a retail-focused orchestration layer that tracks customer behaviour across physical stores, websites, WhatsApp, Meta and Google platforms to streamline engagement workflows and customer follow-ups.

The system includes Ziri, an AI-powered data intelligence agent that furnishes real-time business insights regarding store performance, customer behaviour patterns and campaign results directly to business decision-makers, eliminating the need for complex dashboard navigation. The platform additionally provides unified messaging capabilities across WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger, consolidating all customer conversations into a single interface while incorporating AI-driven Google review prompting and reputation management features.

The Australian entry expands Zithara.AI's international footprint across consumer retail sectors. The company currently serves over 500 retailers across India and Southeast Asia. Retailers utilising the platform have achieved up to a 3x increase in repeat purchases, 28% improvement in customer retention, 25% uplift in customer acquisition, 25% higher WhatsApp conversion rates and 60% growth in customer lifetime value.
