WiseLife Takes Yoga Beyond Studios With "Just Unroll" Campaign Across Indian Cities

New Delhi, June 23, 2026: While wellness enthusiasts celebrated International Yoga Day at conventional venues this year, the wellness brand WiseLife pursued an unconventional strategy. The company's "Just Unroll" initiative transported yoga practice to unexpected corners of urban India—from the crowded markets of Chandni Chowk and busy railway platforms to nightlife zones, spiritual spaces, heritage sites, and the Yamuna's edge.
The campaign operated on a fundamental principle: yoga transcends the boundaries of studios and dedicated wellness facilities. By positioning yoga in diverse, everyday settings, WiseLife aimed to reshape how people perceive where wellness practice can occur, emphasizing that a mat and a few moments are all that's necessary to begin.
Across Delhi, seven distinct locations hosted yoga sessions as part of the initiative. Chandni Chowk demonstrated how practitioners could find tranquility within urban tumult. Railway stations underscored the value of mindful pauses during commutes and daily schedules. Nightlife precincts offered a juxtaposition between energetic environments and meditative practice. Sessions also took place near liquor retail areas to promote wellness-focused stress management, at Yamuna Ghat to foster contemplation and environmental connection, at places of worship to emphasize inner harmony and self-reflection, and at historical monuments to acknowledge yoga's cultural significance within India.
At Elan Miracle in Gurugram, actress Elnaaz Norouzi participated in the Yoga Day event, actively engaging with participants and embodying the campaign's central message that yoga welcomes everyone.
The initiative expanded beyond the Delhi-National Capital Region, reaching Gurugram, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Pune, Mumbai, Indore, and Chhattisgarh through ground-level activations and community-driven events. These efforts carried WiseLife's accessibility message to varied demographic groups nationwide.
"Yoga remains among the most straightforward wellness tools available, yet many individuals believe they require specific circumstances to commence practice," explained Prateek Kedia, Yoga Expert and Founder of WiseLife. "Through Just Unroll, we demonstrated that no perfect moment exists. You can start anywhere. Sometimes the only requirement is unfurling a mat and dedicating several minutes to yourself."
The Just Unroll campaign reflects WiseLife's commitment to democratizing wellness, motivating individuals to weave mindful practices into their routines without postponing action until conditions feel ideal.
