The Executive Centre Expands Significantly Across South India's Major Business Hubs
The Executive Centre (TEC), a leading provider of premium flexible workspaces, has unveiled plans for a substantial expansion into South India's three largest business centres. The move comes in response to mounting demand from Global Capability Centers, multinational corporations, and Indian enterprises seeking modern workspace solutions.
The expansion will introduce approximately 465,000 square feet of contemporary office space and more than 6,000 workstations distributed across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
In Bengaluru, TEC will establish three new locations. The Earth Centre in Tower A (Levels 8 & 2) will span roughly 91,000 square feet with over 1,100 workstations. A second facility at UB City's Concorde Tower (Level 19) will provide 9,600 square feet accommodating 100 workstations. The third centre at Brickell Tower (Levels 2–4) will cover approximately 80,200 square feet with close to 1,000 workstations.
Hyderabad will host a large-format managed office at Avance Business Hub (Levels 3–4), spanning approximately 204,000 square feet with around 2,820 workstations. This location represents the company's response to enterprise demand for customised workspace arrangements.
In Chennai, TEC will open at DLF Downtown 2 (Level 15), featuring approximately 80,450 square feet and over 1,000 workstations, designed to serve the city's growing community of international and domestic occupiers.
The new centres will feature state-of-the-art private offices and premium amenities meeting international standards. Facilities will include collaborative breakout areas, dedicated meeting rooms, fully equipped barista bars, wellness rooms, private phone booths, and comprehensive business amenities.
Recent market analysis by Cushman & Wakefield highlights South India's significance to India's office sector. Bengaluru commanded 31% of quarterly gross leasing volumes, with Hyderabad contributing 22%. Chennai has maintained steady leasing momentum with expanding new supply. Flexible workspace operators accounted for 22% of leasing activity, reflecting the sector's growing adoption of managed office models.
Paul Salnikoff, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of The Executive Centre, commented on the expansion: "South India remains central to India's office market expansion, particularly Bengaluru and Hyderabad, which together represent substantial shares of leasing and new supply. Sustained market activity driven by GCC growth, strong multinational demand, and increased adoption of flexible workspaces reinforces our confidence in the region. Our new centres directly address this demand, as enterprises increasingly seek premium, managed office environments offering flexibility, scalability, and quality service. Large-format solutions like our Hyderabad facility demonstrate a clear shift towards customised, enterprise-focused workspace strategies supporting long-term business development."
TEC has operated for three decades as a partner to multinational corporations and growth-oriented enterprises, establishing a track record of delivering premium work environments with reliable service and operational standards. The company currently operates across 38 cities in 15 markets worldwide.
