Telangana SSC Results Now Available via Mee Seva WhatsApp Service

Hyderabad: Telangana students appearing for the SSC examinations can now access their results through a WhatsApp-based service, the state government announced. The results will be available from 2.30 pm on Wednesday through the Mee Seva WhatsApp platform.
The Electronic Service Delivery department rolled out this facility to enable students and parents to check results conveniently from their homes. The initiative is also expected to alleviate congestion on official websites during peak result-checking periods.
To retrieve results, students need to save the official Mee Seva WhatsApp number 8096958096 as "MeeSeva Telangana" on their phones. They should then send a "Hi" message, followed by typing "SSC Result". Upon selecting the Open Service option, students must provide their hall ticket number. The system will then transmit the marks memo directly to their WhatsApp account.
The Telangana Board of Secondary Education partnered with the government to launch this service, enabling students to obtain digital mark memos on their mobile devices without visiting physical locations.
State officials characterised the move as a significant advancement in delivering paperless and queue-free public services to students and families across the state.
The Mee Seva WhatsApp and chatbot platform, operating under the direction of IT and Electronics Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu, commenced its operations on November 18, 2025. The platform has since gained considerable traction among residents throughout Telangana.
Citizens have embraced various services offered through the platform, including applications for birth certificates, income certificates, traffic violation payment processing, electricity bill settlement, and encumbrance certificates. Additionally, students have been utilising the service for downloading CET hall tickets and accessing Intermediate examination results.
The incorporation of SSC results into the Mee Seva WhatsApp platform represents a further expansion of digital governance services available to Telangana residents.
