At a meeting convened at the Dr B.R. Ambedkar Telangana State Secretariat, Chief Secretary K Ramakrishna Rao pressed the Industries Department to strengthen its push to attract capital under the Telangana Rising-2047 Vision.

Speaking to department officials and project consultants, Ramakrishna Rao noted that industrialists across multiple states are increasingly keen on establishing operations in Telangana. He directed the team to develop strategic blueprints for investor engagement and ensure consistent communication channels with prospective business partners.

The Chief Secretary instructed officials to expedite memoranda of understanding and extend necessary infrastructure backing to investors. He also emphasised the need to highlight the range of development schemes and incentive packages available through both state and national government programmes.

Ramakrishna Rao underscored that substantial capital inflows would generate significant employment prospects for the state's youth population.

According to officials present at the meeting, Telangana is attracting investor attention across multiple segments. These include food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, handloom enterprises, textile parks, information technology, data centre operations, and dry port facilities.

The Telangana Rising-2047 Vision is positioning the state as an attractive destination for companies seeking sustained growth opportunities. Officials noted that technology giants including Amazon, Microsoft, and Infosys are evaluating investment possibilities in Telangana. The food processing and dairy sectors are also witnessing a surge in capital activity.

Industries Department Director Nikhil Chakravarthy and other senior officials participated in the meeting.
