Telangana Farmer Commission Presents Crop Diversification Report to Chief Minister

Hyderabad: The Telangana Farmer Commission, led by chairman Kodanda Reddy, held discussions with Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy at his residence in Jubilee Hills to present a comprehensive report on crop diversification. Minister Vakiti Srihari was also present at the meeting.

The session centered on strategies for agricultural development and the restructuring of farming patterns across Telangana. The Chief Minister indicated that the government would undertake thorough deliberations on the commission's findings before proceeding with any policy decisions.

The administration is planning to convene a dedicated session of the state Assembly to debate crop diversification and agricultural policy frameworks. Revanth Reddy emphasized that the matter warrants additional investigation and detailed examination. He urged the Farmer Commission to prepare further substantive proposals addressing diversification initiatives.
