The Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway has rolled out a new cocktail menu at The Persian Terrace, its acclaimed rooftop bar celebrated for commanding views across the city, sophisticated Middle Eastern aesthetics, and an atmosphere that balances refinement with relaxation.

Situated beneath open skies, the venue combines ambient lighting, comfortable furnishings, and expansive vistas to craft an inviting environment for evening entertainment. The freshly introduced cocktail selection has been curated to enhance this setting, featuring imaginative drinks that weave together complex layers of spice, citrus, and decadent flavours.

Among the featured offerings is the Mahsa Royale, which combines tequila, saffron cordial, and citrus notes topped with a delicate beer foam. The Sumac Qaris blends vodka with tangy sumac and orange blossom for a vibrant profile. Those seeking bolder flavours will find the Darius Oak, a whisky-based creation incorporating ajwain and jalapeños.

For those preferring fruit-forward expressions, the Safra pairs gin with clarified mango and grapefruit, while the Amber offers a rich composition of dark rum, espresso, and caramel vanilla foam.
