Hyderabad: Telangana's IT and Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu has extended an invitation to pilgrims across the country to participate in the Saraswati Antya Pushkaralu at Kaleshwaram in Bhupalpally district, highlighting the profound religious significance of the occasion.

The minister emphasized that the festival holds considerable importance for devotees and anticipates substantial participation from multiple states. He called upon worshippers to attend in considerable numbers and encouraged them to perform ritual ablutions in the Saraswati river at the sacred site.

Sridhar Babu noted that the Saraswati river exists as a subterranean waterway that merges with the Godavari river at Kaleshwaram. He also recommended that devotees visit the Sri Kaleshwara Mukteswara Swamy temple to receive blessings during the Pushkaralu observances.

The Saraswati Antya Pushkaralu festivities are scheduled to occur between May 21 and June 1 in Mahadevpur mandal. State authorities are preparing comprehensive arrangements for the event, with the minister directing officials to ensure all necessary preparations are finalized at least ten days prior to the festival's commencement.

Officials are simultaneously implementing measures to guarantee that all essential amenities and facilities are readily available for the large number of visitors expected during the Pushkaralu period at Kaleshwaram.
