Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka flew to Kerala on Monday to witness the swearing-in ceremony of VD Satheesan at Central Stadium in Thiruvananthapuram.

Kerala Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar administered the oath of office to Satheesan and his 20-member Cabinet, officially bringing the new government into power.

The high-profile event drew significant political representation from across the country. Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge was present, alongside senior party figures Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, the Wayanad MP. Chief Ministers from other Congress-governed states also attended the ceremony, along with former Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, leaders from Left parties, and representatives from the BJP.

Revanth Reddy marked the occasion with a post on X, describing the gathering as a collegial assembly of friends and associates. He shared a photograph that included Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, former Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister D. K. Shivakumar, and Bhatti Vikramarka.

In his remarks, Revanth Reddy highlighted the optimistic atmosphere that pervaded the event, noting the palpable sense of hope and dynamism. He expressed the commitment of Congress leaders to work in unison with the shared objective of seeing Rahul Gandhi assume the office of Prime Minister.
