The facility, situated at 2nd Floor Wing-B Block-1, NSL SEZ, Plot No 6 Survey No 1, NSL SEZ ARENA, IDA UPPAL, Hyderabad, Telangana, represents a modern, scalable workspace designed to accommodate the company's multi-year expansion roadmap across the country. The organization intends to grow its Hyderabad headcount at strong double-digit percentages throughout 2026, guided by business requirements and strategic expansion objectives.
The new space will concentrate on backend revenue cycle operations, with particular emphasis on accounts receivable follow-up and billing services. This investment demonstrates R1 RCM's ongoing dedication to India as a fundamental component of its worldwide delivery infrastructure and innovation capabilities.
The company views Hyderabad as a pivotal market, citing the region's robust talent pool, established management infrastructure, and emerging strengths in healthcare technology.
