Hyderabad: Telangana's Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka paid homage to former Prime Minister P.V. Narasimha Rao on his birth anniversary, emphasizing how the late leader's contributions remain relevant to India's continued development.

Vikramarka characterized Rao as a visionary whose far-reaching policy decisions reshaped the nation's economic trajectory.
