Primus Senior Living and Gopalan Enterprises Unveil ₹450 Crore Senior Housing Project in South Bengaluru

A significant venture in India's expanding senior housing sector has taken shape with the unveiling of Primus Olympia, a collaborative initiative between Primus Senior Living and Gopalan Enterprises. The ₹450 crore project, situated in South Bengaluru, promises to deliver homes ready for immediate occupancy—a relatively uncommon offering in the Indian senior living market.

The development is positioned within the 16-acre Gopalan Olympia Sports City campus in Kumbalgodu, accessible from Mysore Road. Residents can expect to take possession of their homes within approximately six months of booking. The project comprises two residential towers featuring premium 2BHK and 3BHK units reserved exclusively for individuals aged 55 and above, with capacity for more than 300 senior households.

The venture reflects growing demand among India's aging population for purpose-built communities that combine immediate availability with comprehensive lifestyle and healthcare provisions.
