Primus Partners Names Mohan Doifode as Managing Director for Middle East Operations

Primus Partners, a leading Indian management consulting firm, has named Mohan Doifode to the position of Managing Director at Primus Strategic Management Consulting LLC, signalling the organization's determination to deepen its footprint across the Middle East.

Operating from Dubai and Riyadh, Doifode will oversee the company's expansion strategy throughout the GCC markets. His mandate encompasses broadening client relationships across multiple sectors and scaling the firm's suite of services in strategy, transformation, public policy, and management advisory offerings.

Doifode brings more than 25 years of professional experience in strategy, management consulting, business transformation, and senior leadership positions throughout India and the Middle East region. He previously held the position of Director (Consulting) at Deloitte India and subsequently established Meraki Global, through which he advised organizations across GCC countries. His background also includes service as a Colonel in the Indian Army, contributing military-honed expertise in leadership and strategic planning to his consulting work.

The newly appointed executive holds an M.Tech. degree in Microelectronics from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and completed his MBA at Harvard Business School. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with both government and commercial organizations on matters involving growth acceleration, innovation initiatives, and organizational restructuring.
