Hyderabad: A Praja Darbar programme has been scheduled for Sunday by Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy in Tirumalayapalem mandal, aimed at directly addressing citizen grievances.
The event will commence at 2:30 pm at Bachodu Zilla Parishad High School, situated within the Bachodu cluster area. The initiative seeks to make government services more accessible to rural communities.
Residents of Bachodu, Bachodu Thanda, Beerolu, Eluvarigudem, Painampalli, Rajaram, Solipuram, Mangalibanda Thanda, Jupeda, Kakaravai, Suddavaguthanda and Enkuntathanda are eligible to participate.
Focus on Key Issues
The Praja Darbar will concentrate on resolving land disputes, Indiramma housing schemes, ration card matters and pension-related concerns. Members of the public will have the opportunity to submit formal petitions during the session.
The minister has instructed the district collector and other senior officials to be present throughout the programme. He has emphasized the need for expedited processing of all legitimate applications.
Officials have also been directed to offer immediate resolutions where feasible, enabling attendees to receive quicker outcomes during the event itself.
Call for Participation
Tumburu Dayakar Reddy, the camp office in-charge, has appealed to residents across the twelve villages to attend the programme with their applications in hand. He has urged them to take advantage of this opportunity without postponing their grievances.
The Praja Darbar represents an effort to narrow the gap between administrative machinery and residents while streamlining the process of complaint resolution in a centralized setting.
