Piccadily Agro Industries Surpasses Rs 1,100 Crore Revenue Mark in FY26

Piccadily Agro Industries Limited has released its financial performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, marking a period of robust expansion underpinned by accelerating growth in its distillery operations and premium spirits portfolio.

The company's full-year revenues reached INR 1,143 crore, representing a 28% increase from INR 893 crore in the previous fiscal year. The alcohol-beverage division drove this momentum, generating INR 908 crore compared to INR 639 crore in FY25, a year-on-year growth of 42.1%.

Quarterly Performance

In the fourth quarter alone, the distillery business demonstrated exceptional momentum. Q4 revenues climbed to INR 250 crore, up 67% from INR 150 crore in the same period last year. Profit before tax expanded 79% to INR 63 crore from INR 35 crore, while EBITDA reached INR 74 crore.

Full-Year Metrics

For the complete fiscal year, profit before tax rose 33% to INR 192 crore from INR 144 crore. EBITDA stood at INR 243.24 crore, with earnings per share at INR 14.42. Net profit climbed to INR 140 crore.

Brand Performance and Strategy

The company attributed its strong showing to robust consumer appetite for its premium offerings, including Indri single malt, Camikara Rum, Cashmir Vodka, and Whistler Blended Whisky. The IMFL segment posted a particularly strong 62.6% growth in Q4, reflecting the company's premiumisation strategy.

Structural Changes Ahead

A significant development involves the planned demerger of Piccadily's sugar division. The demerger scheme has been submitted to SEBI, with completion expected by the end of FY27. Once completed, the company will operate as a pure-play alcohol-beverage business, enabling enhanced strategic focus and improved capital allocation.

Natwar Aggarwal, CFO of Piccadily Agro Industries Limited, noted that the company's Chhattisgarh facility is set to begin generating returns from May 2026, which is expected to further accelerate growth and profitability in the coming periods.
