Pegasystems Opens Major Bengaluru Facility, Signals Deepening India Commitment

Pegasystems Inc. (NASDAQ: PEGA), a provider of enterprise AI software for mission-critical operations, has opened a new facility at EcoWorld Tech Park in Bengaluru following an investment exceeding INR 60 crore. The office opening represents a major infrastructure milestone for the company in India and demonstrates its strategic focus on the country as a hub for technology development, engineering talent, and customer relationships.

Karnataka's Minister for Home, Information Technology & Biotechnology and e-Governance, Shri Priyank M. Kharge, attended the inauguration ceremony as the chief guest, joined by senior executives from Pegasystems' global and India operations.

Premium Client Engagement Hub

The facility's centerpiece is the Bengaluru Executive Briefing Center, designed as a premium venue for client interactions and strategic partnerships. The space will host high-level corporate meetings, partner engagement sessions, interactive product demonstrations, solution presentations, strategic planning discussions, and company-hosted Pega Days events. The center represents a long-term investment in expanding Pegasystems' client engagement capabilities and bringing its innovation and expertise directly to regional customers.

The new office further establishes Bengaluru as a strategic cornerstone in Pegasystems' worldwide operations structure, particularly strengthening its position in the Asia-Pacific region for engineering excellence and business development.

Expanded Infrastructure and Amenities

The new workspace is 60% larger than Pegasystems' previous Bengaluru location, offering 1.5 times the capacity. The facility accommodates more than 350 employees across 35 or more meeting and conference rooms, with connected work areas designed to enhance teamwork and operational efficiency.

The office incorporates contemporary workplace infrastructure including AV-equipped meeting spaces, adaptable work zones, open team areas, and dedicated spaces for wellness and recreation, including a dedicated nursing room. The building meets Pegasystems' international workplace standards and holds LEED, WELL, and IGBC Platinum certifications, emphasizing natural lighting, ventilation, energy conservation, and employee wellness.

On-site amenities feature a cafeteria, fitness facilities, childcare services, and convenient access to public transportation, with metro connectivity planned for the area.
