OnePlus has officially unveiled two new smartphones in its Nord lineup for the Indian market: the OnePlus Nord CE6 and OnePlus Nord CE6 Lite. Both devices aim to bring high-end capabilities in performance, gaming, battery endurance, camera quality, and software experience at accessible price levels.

The Nord CE6 becomes available for purchase on May 8, 2026 starting at noon, while the Nord CE6 Lite launches on May 12, 2026 at the same time.

OnePlus Nord CE6: Performance-Focused Flagship Alternative

The Nord CE6 targets users seeking maximum power and sustained performance. It runs on the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor and can handle demanding games at 144 frames per second, with extended BGMI gameplay lasting up to six hours. The device incorporates a Dedicated Touch Reflex Chip borrowed from the OnePlus 15 series, enabling a rapid 3200Hz touch sampling rate that ranks among the fastest in its category.

The display spans 6.78 inches with 1.5K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and AMOLED technology. Audio quality comes through dual stereo speakers delivering 300 percent increased volume. Aqua Touch 2.0 technology enhances tactile response, while the panel includes hardware-level protection against blue light and screen flicker.

Battery capacity reaches 8000mAh, supporting over two and a half days of typical usage. The 80W SUPERVOOC charging technology provides rapid top-ups, complemented by All-Scenario Bypass Charging functionality and 27W reverse charging capabilities for powering other devices.

Photography relies on a 50MP main sensor with dual-axis optical image stabilization and a 32MP front-facing camera with autofocus. The device runs OxygenOS 16, guaranteed to receive updates for six years. Durability features include IP66/68/69/69K ratings, MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification, and Crystal Guard Glass protection matching Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ standards.

Color options include Fresh Blue, Lunar Pearl, and Pitch Black.

OnePlus Nord CE6 Lite: Balanced Mid-Range Option

The CE6 Lite represents the return of the popular "Lite" variant after nearly two years away from India. It pairs the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Apex chipset with a claimed highest-in-segment AnTuTu score exceeding 1.03 million points. The processor delivers 144FPS gaming performance and maintains stable 60FPS BGMI sessions for six-hour stretches.

A 7000mAh battery provides approximately two days of usage, paired with 45W SUPERVOOC charging and Bypass Charging technology. Thermal management comes through a 5,300 mm vapor chamber cooling system.

The 6.72-inch display offers FHD+ resolution with 144Hz refresh rate and Sunlight Display technology. Aqua Touch 2.0 enhances the user experience, while OxygenOS 16 with integrated Google Gemini AI powers the interface. OnePlus emphasizes six years of fast, smooth performance on this model.

MIL-STD-810H certification and dust/splash resistance provide durability assurances. The camera system comprises a 50MP primary sensor, 2MP depth sensor, 8MP selfie camera, and AI-powered photo editing capabilities. Video recording reaches 4K resolution at 30 frames per second.

Available finishes are Vivid Mint and Hyper Black.
