Oberoi Mall to Host Yoga Workshop on International Day of Yoga

Oberoi Mall is marking the International Day of Yoga with a dedicated wellness initiative, partnering with the Swayamsiddh Yog Institute to bring a specialized yoga workshop to the community.

The event welcomes participants across all age groups to engage in guided yoga postures and wellness activities under the instruction of qualified yoga professionals. The session aims to provide attendees with a rejuvenating experience centered on physical and mental well-being.

Following the guided practice, the mall will provide light refreshments for participants, creating an opportunity for community members to relax and connect in an atmosphere focused on holistic health.
