Nuvama Reports Steady Growth Across Wealth and Asset Businesses in FY26

Nuvama Wealth Management Limited unveiled its financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, showcasing steady performance across its diversified business portfolio.
The company's consolidated revenues expanded to ₹3,122 crore in FY26 from ₹2,901 crore in the previous year, representing an 8% year-on-year increase. Operating profit before tax climbed 5% to ₹1,382 crore, while net profit grew 6% to ₹1,041 crore. In the final quarter alone, revenues reached ₹825 crore against ₹771 crore in the same period last year, a 7% uptick.
The wealth management division emerged as a key growth driver, posting a robust 23% year-on-year expansion. This performance was underpinned by sustained momentum in both the ultra-high net worth individual (UHNI) and high net worth individual/affluent segments. The company attracted fresh inflows equivalent to 25% of opening assets under advisory and mutual fund portfolio investment services, signalling strengthening client confidence.
Asset Services maintained its upward trajectory, recording peak quarterly and annual profits. The Asset Management business continued its measured expansion, while Capital Markets operations tracked market conditions closely. The fixed income segment demonstrated particular strength, scaling its market presence through enhanced client acquisition and distribution infrastructure.
Ashish Kehair, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Nuvama Group, reflected on the year's challenges and achievements. "FY26 tested us across multiple fronts; macro uncertainty, volatile markets, evolving regulatory actions, and heightened competition. Through disciplined execution and strong client focus, we delivered resilient growth," he noted.
Kehair highlighted the company's integrated platform as a source of competitive strength, with each business segment achieving profit compound annual growth rates of approximately 20% or higher across two, three, and four-year measurement periods.
The leadership emphasised the company's strategic priorities moving forward. Investment in talent acquisition, artificial intelligence, technology infrastructure, and product innovation have strengthened the wealth management client proposition. Geographic and segment reach has been expanded while deepening engagement with existing clients. The company is simultaneously pursuing growth while institutionalising operational systems and processes—a dual focus that gained traction during the fiscal year.
In Asset Services, the company continued attracting capital flows from both new and established clients across domestic and international markets, reinforcing the business model's stability during market fluctuations. The Asset Management division bolstered both investment and operational capabilities to support long-term platform expansion. Capital Markets operations preserved equity market positioning while extending fixed income market reach through improved origination and distribution channels.
The sector presents substantial structural opportunities as the industry matures and consolidates. Kehair concluded that the company's diversified business structure, governance-centred approach, and emphasis on client relationships position it favourably for sustained expansion in the coming period.
