Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park has unveiled a new evening dining concept at its Neo Kitchen restaurant. The "Ramen & Bao" experience operates nightly from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, offering diners a chef-driven culinary journey centered on Japanese noodle and bun dishes.

The concept emphasizes direct engagement between guests and the culinary team, with chefs interacting with diners at their tables throughout the meal. This interactive approach aims to create a personalized dining experience that combines contemporary presentation with traditional Japanese flavors.
