According to the police account, the victim lodged a formal complaint on May 19 detailing an incident that allegedly occurred on May 14 at approximately 1:30 am near Alkapur Township. The woman reported that while returning from a nearby play school after collecting her two-and-a-half-year-old child, an unknown individual followed her from the main road and engaged in inappropriate conduct, pulling at her clothing from behind.
