Hyderabad's real estate body has entered into a strategic partnership with the Engineering Staff College of India to build technical capacity within the construction and infrastructure industries.

The collaboration between NAREDCO Telangana and ESCI seeks to prepare skilled professionals equipped to meet the demands of the city's expanding property and infrastructure landscape. Through this agreement, the two organisations will develop training programmes aligned with international best practices for construction professionals.

Speaking on the initiative, NAREDCO Telangana president Koppula Sreedhar Reddy noted that Hyderabad is experiencing significant expansion driven by infrastructure development and urban growth. He highlighted that the partnership with ESCI would facilitate the creation of technically competent professionals while adhering to global construction and project management standards. The collaboration is also expected to advance quality and sustainability in urban development ventures across the region.

Dr G. Rameshwar Rao, representing ESCI, underscored the institution's commitment to fostering technical proficiency through structured educational frameworks. He indicated that the partnership would enable the development of specialised courses tailored to the construction and real estate sectors.

The partnership framework includes a range of interventions: training programmes, certification courses, and capacity-building activities targeting construction professionals. These initiatives will incorporate emphasis on sustainable practices, technological innovations, and contemporary construction methodologies.

NAREDCO Telangana views this effort as a significant development in formalising skill advancement within the real estate industry. The organisation pointed to accelerating infrastructure expansion in Hyderabad, which has created an urgent need for qualified professionals. Building human capital through such partnerships, the body noted, remains crucial for maintaining Hyderabad's standing as a leading destination for real estate development and urban innovation.
