Nagarro and Addverb Technologies Form Strategic Alliance for Robotic Warehouse Automation

Two technology firms have joined forces to advance the deployment of sophisticated robotic systems across global supply chains and industrial facilities.
Nagarro, recognized internationally for its digital engineering capabilities, and Addverb, a specialist in robotics and warehouse automation, have formalized their collaboration through a strategic Memorandum of Understanding. The agreement aims to develop comprehensive robotic automation solutions incorporating digital twin technology for clients across multiple sectors.
The collaboration will combine Nagarro's proficiency in software development, digital system integration, and technological innovation with Addverb's capabilities in robotics hardware and automation infrastructure. The two companies have committed to collaborative solution design, including joint intellectual property development and shared technical expertise. Additionally, they plan to establish advanced robotic demonstration facilities and innovation-focused makerspaces to support experimentation and accelerate the pace of technological progress.
Sangeet Kumar, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder at Addverb, articulated the strategic vision: "The automation sector is moving toward interconnected systems where software and robotic hardware function as integrated units. Addverb is intentionally transitioning from supplying premium hardware components to engineering comprehensive, end-to-end automation systems. Our partnership with Nagarro reinforces this evolution, enabling us to construct solutions that are adaptable, capable of expansion, and tailored for contemporary supply chain requirements."
The partnership extends to joint market expansion initiatives encompassing warehouse operations, industrial manufacturing, and supply chain logistics. The firms plan to leverage cross-referrals and coordinated market entry strategies to strengthen their international presence. The engagement framework assigns distinct responsibilities: Nagarro will concentrate on software integration, digital platforms, and system capabilities, while Addverb will manage hardware implementation, automation deployment, and ongoing technical support.
Ganesh Sahai, Chief Technology Officer at Nagarro, explained the operational advantage: "Discussions surrounding automation frequently remain confined to individual applications. This partnership will integrate these separate elements—connecting software, robotics, and operational processes. By working with Addverb, we can build systems engineered to function comprehensively across entire operations, resulting in accelerated deployment, improved efficiency, and more consistent performance outcomes."
The agreement underscores Nagarro's strategic direction toward creating unified, artificial intelligence-enhanced engineering solutions that bridge digital infrastructure with physical operational systems, empowering organizations to expand their capabilities with improved speed and dependability.
