Gurugram, 12th May 2026: A new chapter in India's health technology sector has begun with the formal unveiling of MediElaj by MedPredict Pvt. Ltd., a comprehensive AI-enabled healthcare platform engineered to democratize early diagnosis and preventive medical care across the nation's urban centers, secondary cities, and remote regions.

The platform represents a fusion of cutting-edge artificial intelligence with practical healthcare infrastructure, establishing an interconnected network of mobile applications and intelligent diagnostic kiosks. By doing so, it aims to address healthcare gaps in underserved areas through rapid, efficient, and economically viable screening mechanisms.

Debjit Patra, who founded and chairs MedPredict Pvt. Ltd., brings extensive experience from military service, corporate management, financial sectors, and business ventures to lead this initiative.

Patra articulated the company's broader ambitions, stating: "MediElaj is built to transform the very foundation of public healthcare by strengthening availability, affordability, scalability, and equity through breakthrough AI technology. We believe this will drive a paradigm shift in diagnostics and screening across the global healthcare ecosystem. Our goal is to enable a systemic transformation in healthcare delivery at scale, both in India and globally."

The intelligent kiosks deployed through the platform are strategically positioned to serve multiple settings—residential neighborhoods, corporate environments, Tier-2 and Tier-3 urban areas, state-run health facilities, and independent medical practices. Each unit is equipped to perform more than 30 diagnostic procedures, ranging from electrocardiography and oxygen saturation monitoring to comprehensive vital sign assessments and both minimally invasive and non-invasive testing protocols. This infrastructure allows individuals to access quality health evaluations without traveling to large hospital facilities.

The artificial intelligence engine powering MediElaj currently demonstrates efficiency rates exceeding 90 percent, with expectations that performance will continue improving as additional clinical data feeds into the system.

Complementing the kiosk infrastructure, the MediElaj application has already gained substantial user traction, accumulating over 100,000 installations. The app provides features including machine learning-powered analysis of reported symptoms, health and wellness resources, and direct patient assistance capabilities, collectively forming a technology-first healthcare model prioritizing efficiency, universal access, and disease prevention.

Initial deployment results from a community pilot project reveal considerable potential: more than 200 diagnostic evaluations have been completed, with an additional 350 non-invasive procedures performed. These figures from a limited pilot location underscore genuine grassroots interest in accessible, technology-enabled medical care.

The company has fortified its standing within the medical establishment by establishing formal agreements with established medical centers and research universities focused on joint healthcare advancement and scientific inquiry.

Current expansion activities include exploratory partnerships with state governments in India's western regions regarding potential pilot implementations of healthcare programs, contingent upon successful clinical validation processes.

MedPredict Pvt. Ltd. has established comprehensive regulatory credentials including ISO 13485 and ISO 14791 certifications, Software as a Medical Device licensing, and compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act to safeguard patient confidentiality and medical safety standards.

The organization is simultaneously advancing its international regulatory positioning in preparation for market entry into Dubai and the United Kingdom, signaling its trajectory toward global expansion.
