Max Estates Limited, a prominent NCR-based real estate developer, has announced that Adobe will be occupying roughly 158,000 square feet of space at Max Square, a state-of-the-art commercial office complex situated along the Noida Greater Noida Expressway. The facility has earned IGBC Platinum certification.

The lease agreement underscores Max Square's growing appeal among multinational technology enterprises seeking premium office accommodations. Adobe joins other significant corporate tenants at the complex. Earlier in 2026, AML RightSource signed a lease for approximately 157,000 square feet to establish one of the Delhi NCR region's largest Global Capability Centers at the same location.

Max Estates' portfolio of operational commercial properties—encompassing Max Square, Max House, and Max Towers—has maintained full occupancy for over a year, reflecting sustained market demand for the company's premium office offerings.
