Max Estates has unveiled The Terraces, a new residential development within Estate 361 situated in Sector 36A along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram. The project represents a fresh approach to residential living, combining smart homes with shared community spaces, wellness facilities, and integrated nature within a single community ecosystem.

The new offering features 1.5 and 2-bedroom smart residences alongside duplex loft units.
