Manglam Group to Develop 220-Key Sheraton Hotel on Jaipur-Ajmer Highway with ₹350 Crore Investment

Manglam Group, a prominent real estate developer in Rajasthan, has formally inked an agreement with Marriott International to establish a Sheraton Hotel in Jaipur. The venture represents an investment of approximately ₹350 crore and will span over 3 lakh square feet on the Jaipur–Ajmer Highway, accommodating 220 guest rooms.

The signing ceremony brought together Ms. Amrita Gupta, Director of Manglam Group and CEO of Manglam Spa and Resorts, alongside Mr. Rajeev Menon, President of Asia Pacific (excluding Greater China) at Marriott International. The event also featured Mr. David Marriott, Chairman of the Board at Marriott International, and Mr. N. K. Gupta, Founder and Chairman of Manglam Group. Mr. Marriott arrived in Jaipur accompanied by senior executives from Marriott's global and regional teams, who were treated to a cultural showcase highlighting Rajasthan's traditional performances and artisan craftsmanship.

This collaboration marks Manglam's third partnership with Marriott International and forms a key component of the developer's broader ₹1,000 crore hospitality investment blueprint.

The property's location on NH-48, connecting Jaipur with Ajmer, Pushkar and Kishangarh, positions it strategically within one of Jaipur's most rapidly developing zones. The site offers proximity to Jaipur International Airport and Mahindra World City SEZ, a significant business and industrial centre that generates substantial corporate travel and MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) activity. The surrounding corridor's expanding residential and commercial infrastructure continues to establish Ajmer Road as a premium hospitality destination.

Sheraton's brand identity centres on fostering connections through celebrations, gatherings and experiential moments. With Jaipur establishing itself as a premier destination for weddings, events and leisure tourism across India, the brand aligns well with market demands.
