One Dead, Two Critically Injured in Kamareddy District Car Crash

Hyderabad: A fatal collision near Machareddy in Kamareddy district has claimed one life and left two others in critical condition. The incident occurred Friday night when a vehicle struck a tree on the Siddipet road.

The deceased has been identified as Kota Anil Yadav, 24, originally from Gambhiraopet village in Rajanna Sircilla district. The crash happened around 9 pm near the Machareddy mandal headquarters.

According to law enforcement, Yadav was travelling with two companions—Anvesh Goud and Vikas—in a Shift car heading from Kamareddy towards Gambhiraopet. The occupants reportedly became disoriented and took an incorrect route toward Narmala Dam. As they navigated past Kakulagutta Thanda, the vehicle entered a sharp curve adjacent to a poultry farm where the driver lost command of the automobile, resulting in a collision with a tree.

The impact left all three passengers trapped within the vehicle. Emergency responders from Machareddy police and nearby residents quickly mobilised a rescue effort. Using specialised cutting equipment, officials extracted the victims from the mangled wreckage.

Yadav was pronounced dead at the scene. His two companions sustained serious injuries and were transported to Hyderabad medical facilities for specialised treatment.

Authorities have initiated a formal investigation into the accident, with Sub-Inspector Anil confirming that a case has been registered.
