Lupin Opens Atharv Ability Neuro-Rehabilitation Center in Delhi

May 15, 2026

Pharmaceutical company Lupin Limited has launched Atharv Ability, a specialized neuro-rehabilitation facility located in Naraina Vihar, Delhi. The center provides multidisciplinary treatment for neurological conditions affecting both adults and children, with a focus on restoring mobility and enhancing quality of life during recovery.

The facility addresses treatment needs across a range of neurological disorders, from stroke and traumatic brain injury to spinal cord injury, Parkinson's disease, and multiple sclerosis. Pediatric cases including cerebral palsy are also treated at the center.

This marks the third location for Atharv Ability following successful centers established in Mumbai during 2023 and Hyderabad in 2024. The Delhi expansion aims to make specialized neuro-rehabilitation services more widely available in a region where such treatment options have been scarce.

Rajeev Sibal, President of India Region Formulations at Lupin, emphasized the importance of rehabilitation alongside treatment. "As neurological treatment advances continue to improve outcomes, rehabilitation represents a significant opportunity to restore independence and support meaningful recovery," he stated. "Atharv Ability reflects our commitment to extending healthcare beyond initial treatment to enable sustained recovery through personalized, patient-centered approaches. This expansion demonstrates our conviction that quality neuro-rehabilitation services should be accessible, affordable, and consistently delivered across India."

The center incorporates cutting-edge technology alongside clinical expertise. Its therapeutic offerings include end-effector robotics for gait and hand rehabilitation, artificial intelligence-powered systems for balance and postural control, and a comprehensive range of services. These encompass neuro-physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and swallowing therapy, cognitive-behavioral interventions, aquatic therapy, visual rehabilitation, and virtual reality-based treatment modalities.
