Lexus India Extends Warranty to 8 Years and 200,000 km, Setting New Industry Standard

Lexus India has extended its vehicle warranty coverage to 8 years or 200,000 km for all new vehicles purchased from April 1, 2026, positioning itself as the first luxury automotive manufacturer in India to offer such comprehensive protection.

The Japanese luxury carmaker, which entered the Indian market in 2017, built its expansion around the concept of Omotenashi—a philosophy emphasizing attentive service and care throughout the customer lifecycle. The warranty extension underscores this commitment, reflecting the brand's emphasis on quality, dependability, and a frictionless ownership experience.

Hikaru Ikeuchi, President of Lexus India, outlined the reasoning behind the move: "Every choice we make prioritizes delivering the finest experience to our guests.
