The inauguration was held as part of Education Week celebrations conducted under the Praja Palana–Pragathi Pranalika 99-day programme.
Books and Infrastructure Expansion
Speaking at the event, Jupally Krishna Rao announced that the Cultural Affairs Department would make book collections worth Rs. 10 lakh available at every Assembly constituency headquarters. The newly constructed building houses toilets, book collections, equipment, and digital library services. Megha Reddy encouraged students and those preparing for competitive examinations to utilise these resources.
