JSW MG Motor India Achieves 3% Year-on-Year Growth in April 2026

JSW MG Motor India delivered 6,018 wholesale units in April 2026, reflecting a 3% year-on-year increase from April 2025. The automaker maintained its growth trajectory by strengthening performance across both conventional Internal Combustion Engine vehicles and New Energy Vehicle offerings.

The expansion occurred amid challenging market conditions stemming from the West Asia crisis, which has disrupted supply chains globally and weakened consumer purchasing power. These headwinds have contributed to reduced demand across the broader automotive sector.

The carmaker is preparing to introduce the MG MAJESTOR this month, positioning it as India's inaugural D+ segment SUV. To encourage early adoption, the company is offering an exclusive "Complete-Peace-of-Mind" program for the first 3,000 customers who pre-book the vehicle for INR 41,000.

The distinctive 5-5-5 ownership package includes five years of unlimited-kilometer warranty coverage, five years of roadside assistance services, and five years of complimentary labor charges for maintenance—features designed to provide comprehensive peace of mind throughout the ownership experience.
