Hyderabad — Human capital management solutions provider isolved has established a new office in Hyderabad, signalling its commitment to expanding operations across India. The facility will serve as a hub for driving innovation across the company's People Cloud platform while bolstering its engineering, AI, and platform delivery capabilities.
The Hyderabad centre is housed in a 28,000 square feet space at 23 Nordwest. The company has outlined ambitious recruitment plans, targeting the addition of approximately 400 employees in India by the close of 2027. These hiring initiatives will span engineering, technology, payroll, tax, and back-office operations.
isolved currently serves over 200,000 employers across the United States and provides human capital management solutions to nearly 9 million employees globally.
The office inauguration was marked by Vallabi A, Program Director of SPEED and Investment Cell under the Telangana Government, alongside isolved's Chief Operating Officer Pragya Gupta, Chief People Officer Amy Mosher, and General Manager Yogesh More.
During the event, Vallabi A highlighted Hyderabad's emergence as one of the world's fastest-growing global capability centres. She also noted that isolved India has achieved nearly 65 percent gender diversity in its workforce.
Pragya Gupta emphasised that the expansion would accelerate product innovation and strengthen the company's HR technology solutions. Yogesh More underscored Hyderabad's growing prominence as a significant hub for AI talent, positioning it as an attractive destination for technology advancement.
The Hyderabad centre is envisioned to evolve into a centre of excellence for engineering and AI innovation. The company views this expansion as integral to its long-term strategy of building a "platform of action" that bridges human intent with organisational outcomes.
