Hyderabad Police Recognises Bharosa Centre Doctors for Service to Vulnerable Women and Children

Hyderabad Police Commissioner V.C. Sajjanar paid tribute to the medical professionals at the Bharosa Centre on Tuesday, marking National Doctors' Day with a special recognition ceremony honouring their work with women and children facing distress.

During the occasion, Sajjanar commended the doctors for their compassionate approach and timely medical interventions with victims. He highlighted how their efforts were instrumental in facilitating recovery processes and enabling access to justice for those seeking redress.

The Police Commissioner underscored the sensitive nature of the care provided at the Bharosa Centre, noting that the doctors maintained professional standards while attending to victims navigating particularly challenging circumstances. He emphasised that the medical team's contributions proved essential in supporting vulnerable populations during their most difficult moments.

The event drew attendance from the Deputy Commissioner of Police heading the Women and Child Safety Wing, the Assistant Commissioner of Police, and the Bharosa Centre Inspector.
