Red Ribbon Unveils "Aye Zindagi" Album with Padma Shri Anup Jalota as Chief Guest

A star-studded music launch took place in Mumbai for the Hindi album "Aye Zindagi," with Padma Shri Anup Jalota serving as the chief guest alongside Lalitya Munshaw, head of Red Ribbon Music.

The album comprises 10 compositions by Raj Verma, with Mohammad Zakir Husain credited as both lyricist and producer. The project features performances from acclaimed vocalists Khushboo Jain, Neha Rajpal, Amjad Bagadwa, K. Nazim Ali, and Arvind Ojha. The collection spans multiple genres, incorporating Sufi, philosophical, romantic, and emotionally charged soulful pieces.

The event drew a notable gathering of film and music personalities, including actor Deva, actress Ashwini B. Irole, composer Ram Shankar of "Yaaro Sab Dua," Shiv Sena leader Arjun Salgar from Solapur, producer Dinesh Prajapati, composer Mohammad Ali, Mohan Das, Anurag Yadav, Raju Rai, Ramesh Gupta, actor Sudhir Pandey, and Sagar Dhapte.

During his remarks, Anup Jalota noted that the title would evoke memories of the classic composition "Aye Zindagi Gale Laga." He commended the creative team and expressed his hopes for the album's widespread appeal. "I wish for this album to achieve tremendous success, become a household name, and have people singing its melodies," he stated. Acknowledging Red Ribbon's role, he added, "I have been connected with Red Ribbon since its inception and look forward to the company continuing to produce quality music."

Lalitya Munshaw expressed satisfaction with Jalota's involvement in the launch. She highlighted the album's diverse offerings, praising Mohammad Zakir Husain's lyrical contributions across Sufi and romantic compositions. "The songs are available for viewing on Red Ribbon Musik's YouTube channel and can be heard on all major audio streaming platforms," she noted.

Mohammad Zakir Husain thanked Anup Jalota for launching the album and explained that the songs capture life experiences and observations through verse. "Each track carries strong melodic elements, and I trust audiences will find them rewarding," he said.

Composer Raj Verma described "Aye Zindagi" as "a beautiful collection of exceptional songs, each with its own unique character and appeal." He emphasised the creative partnership with Mohammad Zakir Husain, stating, "We have collaborated on numerous compositions and intend to continue this productive relationship. I am confident the songs from this album will resonate with listeners."
