Harmony Infra Ventures Secures Full Control of The Horizon Residences, Commits ₹550 Crore to Ultra-Luxury Development

Harmony Infra Ventures Private Limited has gained complete ownership of The Horizon Residences, consolidating the ₹1,600 crore ultra-luxury residential venture in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad under a single developer. The acquisition marks a significant shift toward unified stewardship of the project.

The developer plans to deploy approximately ₹550 crore toward construction activities. Foundation work is progressing across both G+33 towers, with deep excavation, piling, diaphragm wall construction, and shoring operations in progress. The RERA-registered development comprises 264 ultra-luxury residences starting from ₹5.99 crore, with all necessary statutory clearances already secured.

Indigo Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd. is managing the project's foundational phase, overseeing the critical ground engineering and structural preparation work for both residential towers.

The property sits along the NH-9 corridor, which accommodates the Namo Bharat RRTS service. The rapid transit system has been operational across its complete 82 km Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut stretch since February 2026. A dedicated RRTS station in Ghaziabad provides connectivity to central Delhi with speeds reaching 160 km/h, fundamentally altering the commute dynamics for prospective residents.

Market data underscores this transformation. Residential valuations in Indirapuram climbed approximately 73 per cent from FY2021 through FY2025, outpacing the broader Ghaziabad market by nearly double during the same timeframe. Across the Delhi-NCR region, properties valued above ₹6 crore witnessed a 209 per cent surge in transactions during the first half of 2025, according to CBRE-Assocham analysis. The region also recorded 24 per cent year-on-year average price appreciation in Q3 2025 — the strongest performance among India's seven largest cities, per Anarock findings. Within this context, Indirapuram has consistently outpaced the wider Ghaziabad landscape, driven by established civic amenities, expressway connectivity, and an increasingly sophisticated buyer demographic.
