Harmony Infra Ventures Launches Fourth Mohali Project with Exclusive Ferrari Event

Harmony Infra Ventures, an established developer with three active projects in Mohali, marked the unveiling of its fourth and most ambitious undertaking in the Tricity through an exclusive Ferrari Esperienza event. The evening attracted approximately 350 attendees, including Ferrari enthusiasts, investors, business leaders, and channel partners gathered for a blend of networking and project preview.
The centrepiece of the gathering featured two Ferraris displayed throughout the evening, allowing guests to engage with the vehicles firsthand. A live screening of the Formula 1 race provided entertainment while curated hospitality and direct interaction with Ferrari representatives created an upscale atmosphere. The actual project site served as the venue, enabling prospective buyers to tour the land ahead of any formal market launch.
Sailendar Solanki, Founder and Chairman of Harmony Infra Ventures, addressed the assembly, reflecting on the company's trajectory in Mohali. "We have been building in Mohali for a while now. Three projects, and the ground-level reality of what buyers here actually want — that understanding takes time to develop. This fourth project comes from that understanding. The Tricity buyer at the top end of the market is sophisticated. They have seen a lot of promises. What they have not seen is a product that genuinely delivers on them. That is what we are here to do. The Ferrari evening was our way of starting that conversation directly, with the people it matters to," Solanki stated.
The timing of this unveiling coincides with a significant corporate development for the company. Harmony Infra recently acquired full ownership of The Horizon Residences, a twin-tower luxury complex in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, previously held jointly with the Saya Group. The project comprises 264 units and carries a starting price of ₹5.99 crore per unit, positioning it at the premium end of the developer's portfolio. The forthcoming Mohali venture is anticipated to bring comparable standards to the Tricity market.
H.S. Kandhari, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Harmony Infra Ventures, emphasised the market readiness for premium residential offerings. "Mohali is ready for a serious luxury market. The roads are there, the airport works, the right kind of buyer is already living here. What has been missing is the right product. Three projects in, we understand this market well enough to know what that product needs to look like. Our fourth project here is not just another tower. It is built for buyers who have been waiting for something that actually matches what they expect. We will share more in the coming weeks," Kandhari remarked.
The company has not yet disclosed a formal launch timeline for the Mohali project, with pricing and specifications slated for announcement in the weeks ahead. Industry observers note that the scale of this event represents a notable shift for Harmony Infra, which, despite operating three projects in Mohali, has not previously hosted an event of this magnitude. The Ferrari-themed evening signals the developer's positioning of this fourth venture as a substantial market advancement.
The decision to employ the Ferrari Esperienza format deliberately departed from conventional real estate launch conventions. Rather than presentations with rendered visuals and sales booths, the approach centred on bringing key stakeholders together at the site itself, allowing organic conversation to unfold. The strong attendance of channel partners was viewed positively by the company, as robust trade interest typically signals confidence in a developer's delivery track record—an asset Harmony Infra can leverage through its three established Mohali projects.
The Formula 1 screening created a unifying experience that resonated with the guest demographic. Throughout the evening, Ferrari owners and enthusiasts from the region engaged with business leaders and investors in a setting that blended automotive passion with real estate opportunity.
