GHMC felicitates 35 retiring staff members across multiple departments

Hyderabad — The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) held a felicitation ceremony on Tuesday to honour 35 staff members retiring from the organisation following the completion of their tenure at the end of June 2026. The departing employees worked across multiple divisions of the civic body, including Engineering, Public Health, Urban Community Development, Revenue, Sanitation, Horticulture, Town Planning and Administration.

GHMC Commissioner R.V. Karnan presided over the event, commending the outgoing workforce for their steadfast dedication and instrumental role in advancing the corporation's administrative functions. He noted that their collective efforts had been pivotal in enhancing public service delivery throughout Hyderabad.

In his remarks, Karnan expressed gratitude to the retiring staff for their years of service to both the organisation and the residents of the city.
