Memories of China Opens Exclusive Pop-Up at Vivanta Bengaluru Whitefield

Whitefield will soon welcome the acclaimed culinary traditions of Memories of China, the fine dining establishment renowned for elevating Chinese gastronomy across Bengaluru. From March 14th through 22nd, 2026, the restaurant will operate an exclusive pop-up at Mynt within Vivanta Bengaluru Whitefield, bringing its distinctive culinary approach to the locality.

The temporary venue will showcase authentic preparations rooted in Sichuan and Cantonese traditions, emphasizing robust spicing, nuanced flavour profiles, and precise cooking methods. The dining environment merges subtle oriental design principles with contemporary sensibilities, featuring deep crimson tones, ambient lighting, and restrained Chinese design elements. Interactive dim sum preparation stations will provide diners with visual engagement, while thoughtfully arranged table settings and understated furnishings establish an atmosphere that balances intimacy with energy.

The dining experience unfolds through a carefully constructed buffet progression. Guests begin with warming soups before advancing to flavourful starters including Chongqing-style Spicy Chicken and crispy Vegetable Spring Rolls. A live dim sum counter showcases hand-prepared dumplings in both vegetarian and chicken varieties. The main course selection encompasses Kung Pao Chicken, Stir-Fried Grouper finished with Chilli Oyster Sauce, Braised Eggplant in Szechuan Sauce, and Mapo Tofu. Hakka Noodles and Burnt Garlic Fried Rice provide additional components, while the meal concludes with Honey Darsaan accompanied by Vanilla Ice Cream.

This limited engagement offers Whitefield residents and discerning diners across the city an opportunity to experience the distinctive heritage of Memories of China within a fresh setting.
