Eisha Singh Navigates Psychological Nightmare in Peter Wilson's OBSESS; Thriller Arrives May 29

The trailer for OBSESS has dropped, offering audiences a harrowing preview of a film steeped in psychological turmoil, revenge, and obsessive behaviour. The thriller brings together Peter Wilson and Eisha Singh as leads, tracing how a single unexpected moment can set off a devastating cascade of emotional destruction and dangerous fixation.

Before the trailer even arrived, OBSESS had already captured significant attention across social media platforms. The initial poster generated considerable buzz online, with momentum building when Peter Wilson reached No. 2 on Twitter India's trending list while OBSESS itself claimed the No. 3 position—a clear indicator of mounting audience interest.

The trailer presents Singh as an independent, free-spirited woman whose world unravels following an encounter with a troubled man consumed by rage, emotional instability, and deep psychological wounds. Wilson embodies this disturbed character with intensity. What appears as a fleeting meeting quickly evolves into a menacing and relentless obsession.

Wilson, who directs, antagonises, and conceptualised the project, explained his approach: "OBSESS transcends the typical thriller or road rage format. It delves into humanity's darker impulses—rage, pride, shame, and fixation. Both as performer and director, I aimed to immerse viewers in the psychological turbulence and emotional intensity woven throughout. This endeavour holds profound significance for me as it challenges both emotional and cinematic conventions."

Sam Bariah, credited as writer and creative director, elaborated on the film's intent: "Our objective with OBSESS was crafting a narrative that resonates emotionally while maintaining psychological tension. The story examines how a single instance of humiliation or anger can dismantle tranquility and metastasize into lethal obsession. We envisioned delivering something fresh, provocative, and emotionally intricate for viewers."

Singh discussed her character's arc: "OBSESS drew me in through its authenticity and unpredictability. My character endures terror, bewilderment, and psychological suffering following an unforeseen incident that transforms her existence entirely. The role demands rawness and emotional depth, which is precisely what captivated me about this venture."

The production is helmed by Jagraj Motion Pictures alongside Rajinder Gill (Peter Wilson) and Jagdish Singh, with co-producers Amandeep Singh, Rekha Singh, and Sam Bariah overseeing the project.

OBSESS will arrive in theatres on 29th May, presenting viewers with a visceral exploration of obsession, psychological chaos, and emotional devastation.
