BJP MP Eatala Rajender Honours Top Olympiad Performers at National Awards Ceremony

Hyderabad's Ravindra Bharathi hosted a prestigious awards ceremony on Sunday celebrating the academic accomplishments of students who achieved excellence in the Unified Council Olympiads for 2025–26.

BJP Member of Parliament Eatala Rajender served as the chief guest at the Unified Council Olympiads Annual Awards Celebrations–2026, where he recognised students who distinguished themselves across multiple competitive examinations. The accolades encompassed achievements in the National Level Science Talent Search Examination, Unified International Cyber Olympiad, Unified International English Olympiad, Unified International Mathematics Olympiad, and Unified International General Knowledge Olympiad.

Joining Rajender at the event were B. V. R. Mohan Reddy, Srinivas Rao, and N. Sesha Reddy. The MP distributed awards to the successful candidates in recognition of their scholarly accomplishments.

The Unified Council, which has maintained a presence in educational assessment for more than 28 years, structures its Olympiads to evaluate conceptual grasp, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capacity rather than memorisation, according to organisation representative Srinivas Kalluri. He highlighted that comprehensive performance evaluations enable students and educational institutions to pinpoint areas requiring improvement and enhance learning results.

The organisation holds the distinction of being India's first ISO 9001 certified body in the field of educational testing.

Participation in the 2025–26 academic year's Olympiads reached over 1 million students spanning Classes 1 through 10, with competitors hailing from more than 30 countries. International participation included Malaysia, Singapore, the United States, Canada, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Yemen, Russia, Bahrain, Qatar, and Tanzania.

The ceremony recognised 250 top-performing students from across India with gold medals, laptops, tablet computers, and monetary awards acknowledging their exceptional performance.
