Cyberabad Municipal Commissioner Reviews Infrastructure and Civic Services Across Zones

Hyderabad: Officials from the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation gathered for an extensive review of civic infrastructure and municipal services, with the Commissioner assessing progress across multiple departments and operational areas.
The meeting brought together Zonal Commissioners, departmental heads, Deputy Commissioners, engineering personnel, and ground-level field teams to examine the state of ongoing initiatives and service delivery systems.
The agenda encompassed engineering project implementation, sanitation and waste disposal operations, urban planning matters, and disease vector management programmes. The Commissioner also evaluated how the municipal corporation processes and resolves complaints from residents, along with outcomes from the "One Ward Every Day" initiative.
Emphasis on Accountability and Timely Delivery
The Commissioner directed officials to maintain aggressive timelines for completing civic works while upholding construction and service quality. He underscored the importance of stronger inter-departmental coordination to expedite resolution of issues affecting residents.
The Commissioner instructed officials to provide substantive responses to citizen grievances rather than standardised replies. He also mandated regular site inspections and sustained monitoring at the zone and circle administrative levels.
Priority was placed on acting on concerns raised during ward visits and strengthening accountability mechanisms within field operations. The Commissioner stressed that robust oversight systems and demonstrable action on public complaints must become hallmarks of civic administration across Cyberabad.
Infrastructure and Public Health Focus
