CURA Expands Manufacturing Footprint With Sixth Hub in Jewar

CURA, a rapidly expanding Ayurvedic and wellness enterprise, has unveiled plans for a new manufacturing facility in Jewar, Uttar Pradesh, underscoring the company's commitment to scaling operations and strengthening its presence in international markets.

The facility represents a significant development in CURA's strategy of establishing specialized, decentralized production centers. Rather than operating multipurpose factories, the company has built a network of dedicated plants tailored to specific product lines. Its existing manufacturing operations span Mohan Nagar for herbal juices, Karhera for syrups and fermented formulations, Wazirabad for skincare products, Fatuha in Bihar for classical ethical medicines, and Unnao for premium edible products.

Supporting this manufacturing network is a wholly owned logistics and warehousing infrastructure covering Delhi, Kanpur, Patna, Nagpur, Kashmir, Bangalore, and Mumbai. This integrated supply chain architecture enables CURA to serve both domestic consumers and international buyers.

The Jewar facility will span approximately 1,850 square meters and function as a high-efficiency production center designed to maximize output. Revenue projections for the site, once fully operational, range between ₹110 crore and ₹125 crore over the next three to five years, reflecting anticipated demand growth in global markets including the UAE, Russia, and Africa.

The location's strategic value lies partly in its proximity to Noida International Airport, which is expected to emerge as one of Asia's premier aviation hubs. Enhanced air cargo access will streamline exports and reduce logistical constraints for products destined for overseas markets.

CURA has recently secured land in Guwahati and Nagpur as part of its longer-term infrastructure development plan. These acquisitions underscore the company's vision for building manufacturing and distribution capabilities that can support expanding demand.

The Jewar operation will focus exclusively on the Nutraceutical x Ayurvedic division, blending traditional Ayurvedic principles with contemporary nutritional science. The company has completed the land deed with the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority and anticipates full operational status within six to eight months.
