Colorful Launches Updated BATTLE-AX Motherboards with Wi-Fi 7 Support

Mumbai – Gaming PC component manufacturer Colorful Technology Company Limited has unveiled its latest BATTLE-AX motherboard series, featuring integrated Wi-Fi 7 support and a range of performance improvements designed to appeal to both high-end and value-conscious system builders.

The new offerings comprise the BATTLE-AX B860M-PLUS S WIFI7 and B760M-PLUS S WIFI7 models. The B860M variant targets enthusiasts with next-generation DDR5 memory support, while the B760M provides a more affordable entry point with DDR4 compatibility.

Premium DDR5 Option

The B860M-PLUS S WIFI7 is engineered for compatibility with Intel Core Ultra 200S series processors, positioning it as an ideal choice for new system builds seeking cutting-edge performance. The motherboard incorporates a 10+1+1+1 phase 60A DrMOS power delivery system designed to maintain stable operation under demanding conditions.

Storage connectivity includes three M.2 slots—one supporting PCIe 5.0 x4 speeds—alongside four SATA ports. The board accommodates four DDR5 memory slots capable of supporting speeds up to 8800 MT/s in overclocked configurations. The motherboard features a 12+1+1 phase 60A DrMOS power configuration capable of handling sustained workloads from high-performance chips, including the Core i7-14700K. Storage expansion includes three PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots equipped with comprehensive heatsink coverage, alongside four SATA 6Gb/s connections.

Memory support extends to four DDR4 slots with speeds reaching 4800 MHz under overclocking. A reinforced PCIe 5.0 x16 slot accommodates next-generation graphics cards, including upcoming RTX 50 series GPUs.
