Coforge, an AI-native engineering services provider headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey and Greater Noida, announced its financial performance for the fiscal year and quarter concluded on March 31, 2026.

Full Year FY26 Results

The company's annual revenue reached INR 164,207 million or $1,870 million, representing growth of 35.9% in rupee terms and 29.2% in dollar terms compared to the previous year. EBITDA climbed to INR 30,464 million ($347 million), up 76.9% in INR and 68.2% in USD, with margins expanding by 431 basis points.

Operating profit (EBIT) totaled INR 23,645 million ($269.6 million), marking increases of 82.7% in rupee terms and 73.7% in dollar terms. The EBIT margin improved by 370 basis points year-on-year. Net profit reached INR 15,557 million ($177.4 million), climbing 91.6% in INR and 82.1% in USD.

Q4 FY26 Performance

During the final quarter, revenue stood at INR 44,504 crore ($489.1 million), up 30% year-on-year in rupee terms, 28.7% in constant currency, and 21.2% in dollar terms. Sequential growth measured 5.2% in INR, 2.0% in constant currency, and 1.7% in USD.

EBITDA for the quarter reached INR 9,168 million ($100.8 million), up 56.2% year-on-year and 18.5% sequentially, with the margin reaching 20.6%, an increase of 232 basis points from the prior quarter. EBIT totaled INR 7,368 million ($81 million), up 75.6% year-on-year and 22.2% sequentially, with the margin at 16.6%, up 231 basis points sequentially. Net profit came to INR 6,123 million ($67.3 million), up 144.8% sequentially.

Strategic Positioning

The company secured order intake of $648 million during the quarter, with five large contracts signed. Looking ahead, Coforge carries an executable order book of $1.75 billion over the next twelve months, reflecting a 16.4% increase year-on-year.

The workforce expanded to 35,777 employees, with net additions of 436 staff from the previous quarter. Long-term attrition stood at 10.8%.
