Hyderabad CMC Standing Committee Approves Seven Infrastructure Proposals

Hyderabad's CMC Standing Committee has given its approval to a slate of infrastructure and civic development initiatives at its third ordinary meeting held recently in the city.

Special Chief Secretary Jayesh Ranjan presided over the session, which was attended by the Commissioner, Additional Commissioners, Zonal Commissioners, Chief Engineer, and other senior office-bearers.

The committee deliberated on seven items on its agenda during the meeting. Six of these proposals received approval under the main preamble, while an additional item tabled during the session was also cleared, bringing the total number of approved proposals to seven. These initiatives are centred on enhancing infrastructure and advancing civic development across the city.

Officials underscored the critical importance of executing these approved projects within set deadlines. The committee also highlighted the necessity for improved coordination between various departments to ensure smooth implementation.

In its directive to the administrative machinery, the committee instructed departments to adhere to strict implementation schedules. Officials stressed that project teams must focus on delivering concrete, measurable results on the ground. The committee made clear that all approved works should translate into tangible benefits for citizens, with visible improvements becoming evident in their localities.
