Senior Official Releases Adilabad Prajavani Grievance Redressal Report

Hyderabad: The Adilabad district Prajavani pilot project report was released on Tuesday at Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Praja Bhavan by G. Chinna Reddy, Vice Chairman of the State Planning Commission and in-charge of CM Prajavani.
During the event, Chinna Reddy highlighted that officials and staff must approach citizens seeking assistance through Prajavani with a positive mindset. Chinna Reddy noted that this approach would contribute to greater satisfaction among those filing grievances. He pointed out that the State government has already broadened the Prajavani initiative from state and district administrative levels to the division level. The official indicated that plans are underway to further expand the scheme to mandal-level administration in the coming period.
According to Chinna Reddy, staff members engaged in the CM Prajavani programme are handling public complaints with diligence and methodical approaches to ensure systematic resolution.
