Hyderabad Police Reunite Missing Child with Family in Swift Operation

A swift police response in Hyderabad has resulted in the safe reunification of a missing 9-year-old girl with her family. The Chatrinaka Police department acted promptly upon receiving an emergency alert through Dial 100 regarding a young child found crying alone in the city.
Officers who arrived at the scene found the girl in a state of distress and initially unable to communicate effectively. Police personnel worked to calm the child and prioritize her safety while beginning efforts to trace her family members.
The investigation revealed that the girl, a Class 5 student originally from Bidar in Karnataka, had become separated from her family during a social gathering. The family had traveled to Hyderabad's Uppuguda locality to attend a relative's function when the child accidentally strayed from the group.
Through their inquiries in the surrounding area, police successfully identified and located the girl's mother. After providing counseling and support, officers ensured the child was safely handed over to her parent.
The family expressed gratitude to the Chatrinaka Police for their rapid intervention and professional handling of the situation, highlighting the importance of quick police action in cases involving vulnerable children.
