Xavier Prabhu, Founder and Chairman of PRHUB, has secured a place on Campaign Asia-Pacific's Over 50 list for 2026. The recognition honours leaders who have shaped the communications, marketing, and media sectors across the region through their commitment to innovation, strategic leadership, and sustained industry influence, while simultaneously developing the next generation of professionals and strengthening the broader communications ecosystem.

Among those selected, Prabhu stands as one of only two representatives from the PR sector and one of four Indians to achieve this distinction. His firm, PRHUB, has established itself as a prominent independent, full-service PR and integrated communications company in India, distinguished by its integrated campaign capabilities, pursuit of excellence, and compelling brand narratives crafted for its clientele.

Over more than two decades, Prabhu has championed an entrepreneurial philosophy that prioritises strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, ideation, and operational flexibility as fundamental to effective communication practice. As the industry navigates significant structural and technological shifts, he remains committed to supporting independent firms in competing effectively through distinctive creative approaches, robust strategic frameworks, and innovative methodologies—underscoring the value of entrepreneurial leadership within contemporary communications.

In response to the recognition, Prabhu reflected on the collective effort behind his achievement. "They rightly say it takes a village to raise a child. I dedicate this recognition to everyone at PRHUB, my family, our clients, partners and countless well-wishers who stood by me and helped me come this far," he stated.

Prabhu also emphasised the importance of diversity in shaping the communications and marketing professions. "The marketing & communication space is better served by a more diverse set of talent being part of it. Take that from a post-graduate in Physics with specialization in solid state physics and who would have probably gone on to research high-temperature superconductors among other areas," he added, highlighting his unconventional path into the industry.
