BRS Remains Committed to People's Interests, Says Deputy Floor Leader on Foundation Day

Hyderabad: The Bharat Rashtra Samithi marked its 26th foundation day on Monday with Deputy Floor Leader T. Harish Rao emphasizing the party's unwavering commitment to the people through both periods in and out of power.
In a message shared on X, Harish Rao characterized the BRS as a unifying force that galvanized four crore voices and spearheaded the movement that led to Telangana's statehood. He credited the party with dismantling the structure of unified rule and realizing the aspirations for a separate state.
During its decade in governance, the party transformed Telangana into a developed state while preserving the region's dignity and garnering national and international recognition, Harish Rao stated. He described the organization as a movement born from struggle and sacrifice, deeply rooted in public confidence.
Contrasting the party's tenure with the current administration, Harish Rao alleged that citizens now face mounting difficulties. He contended that welfare schemes have deteriorated, developmental projects have stalled, and instances of lawlessness have multiplied under the present government.
Against this backdrop, a singular demand has gained traction among the populace, Harish Rao noted, pointing to widespread calls for a change in leadership across various sections of society.
The BRS, he asserted, remains woven into the fabric of people's lives and continues to draw strength from their trust. Expressing confidence in the party's future, Harish Rao predicted that the party's return to power was imminent and that Telangana's progress would resume under BRS leadership.
